Limited Warranty Coverage

Hydrela provides a 12-Month Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Faults in electronic components
• Malfunctions under normal, intended use
• Structural defects not caused by external damage

If your Hydrela product experiences a defect within this period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, drops, or impact
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Water damage to charging components due to improper sealing
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic scratches or surface marks from regular use

The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from our official store.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team with:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or video showing the defect
